More women are on track to be elected mayor in the top 100 cities than ever before—in some major cities, for the first time.

A new ABC News-Washington Post poll estimates that 33 million American women have been sexually harassed in work-related episodes. Another study [by the EEOC] found that 75 percent of victims who speak out have faced retaliation in the workplace for doing so.

Experts agreed that incorporating the plus-size consumer into a brand strategy should be considered just as seriously as implementing a new social initiative and deploying an in-store experience.

“Our experiences are created for and with girls,” said Andrea Bastiani Archibald, Chief Girl and Family Engagement Officer. “I think that’s important when we consider what benefits them most.”

Search term “unfiltered” has gone up +219% over the past year, “authenticity” has increased 104% and “real life” is up 99% on the stock photo site.

Women are more likely to be transformational leaders. This approach can be very effective in today’s world, when costumer service becomes one of the most profitable types of business.
